I’ve been doing some form of 12v cooking since 1998 when I started working for an expeditor. I currently drive a tractor trailer refrigerated trailer, though I have pulled a variety of other trailers over the years, bullracks, parking lots, and even skateboards. I originally wanted to be a chef but didn’t want to work holidays so I started driving truck instead😂. I use my love for culinary instead to feed my family.
Cooking options have come a long way since I got my start! Although we still have the original lunchbox cooker and inverter powered microwaves there are now electric grills, slow cookers and even the instapot.
My goal through this blog is to inspire other travelers to eat economical meals on the road by sharing different tips, tricks, reviews and recipes. Not everything will be a winner but together we can discover the difference!
