Ok so tonight let’s make some cheddar broccoli knorr pasta with chicken! Now you will need a 3qt Instapot for this recipe, I linked the exact one I use. The only problem I have with it is my inverter only runs when I’m parked 😣. I get around this by cooking extra and then saving the leftovers for days I don’t have extra time, you can reheat in the lunchbox instead.

You can use any type of pasta premix in the instapot, you may need to adjust time though so plan to play with it! On to the food!

Ok gather your ingredients, chop up your chicken and start sautéing the chicken in some oil or butter. Meanwhile chop up the onions. Remove browned chicken to a plate, add onions and sauté. Once translucent I added 1 cup of water to help pressurize the system, and added chicken back in. Then push cancel to turn off sauté and turn to pressure cooker set for 25 mins.

Let it release naturally the pressure, about 10 mins this keeps the meat from getting tough I was told! I drained the liquid to measure it and readded the liquid based on the package directions. Put the package contents into the pot. Now I will say this was to much liquid! To fix this from now on I leave out one cup of water and I’ve had perfect results.

Cook for 3 mins on pressure cooker, allow natural release for 10 mins. Enjoy!
