I have been making a variation of this recipe for over 18 years now! To follow this recipe you will need a Roadpro lunchbox cooker, and baking pans that fit.

You will need 1 pound of hamburger, 2 pieces of bread(I save the heels normally for this), 1 onion, 1-2 green peppers, 1 egg, and Montreal steak seasoning.

Depending on how dry your bread is you can crumble it or dice it. Then add the diced onions and peppers, mine was a little heavy on them but I love it! My egg was frozen but it mashed up fine in the end. Sprinkle with seasoning and throughly mix.

Pack into the loaf pan, I had half an onion left so I put some on top, yum! Add 1/4 water to the cooker and cover loaf pan with foil. I get foil sheets from the dollar tree or you can use standard foil. This isn’t a required step just really helpful if you will be driving while this is cooking. It keeps grease from splashing everywhere! Plug in and cook 2-3 hours or until done. I always cut through the middle to check for done ness.

Tonight I added a instant mashed potato packet and canned corn, Enjoy!
